With a career spanning some 30 years in the financial sector, Alan Robertson is one of the most experienced commercial brokers in this country. Commencing his career in wholesale and retail motor vehicle finance with General Motors Acceptance Corporation, he subsequently moved to Marac, where he was active in providing clients with a wide range of funding facilities, from motor vehicle, plant and equipment to commercial property investment and development financing as well as serving in branch management roles.
Since 1986, Alan has focused upon commercial finance broking, leading to his establishing Property Pack Commercial - now Strata Funding - in 1994. His expertise covers the full spectrum of commercial funding transactions, with a particular focus upon long-term investment and development finance for commercial property. He has gained the respect of an extensive range of commercial lenders and has established relationships with a wide variety of trading banks and other institutional lenders as well as access to public and private investment funds.
Alan was instrumental in the foundation of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers' Association.
